Well hello there....

For some reason, I thought you might like to follow my journey from someone who decided to make all her Christmas presents in 2008 to something a little more commercial..... eek!

New Year's Resolutions - Part One

Happy New Year! May 2011 bring you all that you are hoping for.....

..... As you will see I have re-vamped The Frugal Girl's Guide and re-branded as Redmagda's Guide to Life.

This goes someway to achieving one of my New Years resolutions - establish brand and open online business.... I realise that blogs are often the jumping off point for online businesses and they are also a useful marketing tool. Apologies if my marketing is not quite stealthy enough - but I've never been one to wear my heart anywhere but on my sleeve!

As far as Redmagda Designs goes - please watch this space - and my side bar for future etsy link. I will even be sharing a few previews an tutorials with you.

So here goes:

My first question is: How much would you pay for one of these hand knitted in cashmere blend bunny rabbits?

I've seen similar on etsy being charged at $70..... though given the time that they take and the quality of the materials I think that is probably fair. I make these as "welcome to the world" gifts for my friends new arrivals.... they are washable (which is why they're not 100% cashmere) and they're a real keepsake.... perfect for newborns....

I would love to know what you think.... please post a comment below!

  2. Isabel loves her little rabbit, and the companion pink elephant. They are always in her cot and if we go away for the night, they come too.
